Dancing Duck of India
Dancing Duck is one of the most popular items among the traditional magicians of India. A small wooden duck is placed in an empty mud vessel and the vessel is filled with water. Neither the mud vessel nor the wooden duck are connected to anything. The duck is seen lying on its side in the water. The magician takes a bit of sand from the ground, mixes it with water and then pours the mixture into the pan with the duck. He then utters a few commands to the wooden duck and the duck sits up and dances around in the water. He continues to talk while the duck dances in tune with the commands and songs of the magician.
